What are your t-shirts made of?
Our tees are made from 220 GSM 100% pre-shrunk cotton — soft, breathable, and built to last.
Do you offer customisation or personalised prints?
No, we don't offer customisation. All our designs are original, limited-edition graphics designed in-house.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
We do not restock. Once a design sells out, it's gone — that's what makes each piece exclusive. Keep an eye on our new drops to grab your next favourite.
How do I find my right size?
Each product page has a size chart. Measure your chest and refer to the chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend going up.
Is there a trial-before-purchase option?
Since we are an online store, there's no try-before-buy option. However, each product page has a detailed size chart with body measurements to help you pick the right fit.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India — to every state and pin-code.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location.
Are there any shipping charges?
As an introductory offer we have free shipping on all orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp on your registered contact details.
I won't be home to accept my order. What should I do?
We recommend having your order delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it. Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times before returning the order.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and click 'Add to Cart.' Once done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, choose your payment method, and place your order.
How will I know my order was placed successfully?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email when it is shipped. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folder.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking.
Do you have a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
No, we currently do not offer COD. This facility will be introduced in the near future.
Are there any hidden charges?
None at all. You only pay what you see at checkout. No surprise fees.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What do I do?
Don't worry — if your account was debited after a failed payment, banks typically reverse it within 10 business days. Please write to us at sales@tribefiction.com with your order details and we'll help you out.
Can I add more items to my order after it's confirmed?
Unfortunately no. Once an order is confirmed, items cannot be added. Please place a new order for additional products.
I want to send this as a gift. Can you remove the price tag or invoice?
We send an invoice with all orders as required. Product tags are kept intact so the recipient can exchange the item if needed.
CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my order?
For prepaid orders, please email us at sales@tribefiction.com immediately with your order number. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible — but you can refuse the delivery and contact us.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Order modifications (size, product, or delivery address) can only be done before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately at sales@tribefiction.com with your order number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags intact. Please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
Can I return a product for a cash refund?
We currently do not offer cash refunds. All accepted returns are can be exchanged for a different product
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We're sorry if that happened! Email us at sales@tribefiction.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 2 days of delivery, and we will resolve it immediately
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I wash my Tribe Fiction tee?
Machine wash in cold water. Air dry. Do not iron directly on the print. Avoid dry cleaning and bleach to keep the colours and print fresh.
